Last Tenn-ant was a pain BUT got new Tenn-ant straight away
Tenn ant kept muckin house up eg blocked toilet .. door locks jammed which she did i feel on purpose which in the end i payed up ... feel she just wanted out ... Must have been apain for Summit as well good ridence .. Happy that Summit got new Tenn ant ASAP Cheers Wes

Best Property Manager You Could Ask For!
Coral Leipold has been managing my property in Leda for 6 years. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that my property is taken care of and that both my tenant and I are happy. Owing to a relationship breakdown, our last tenant went from being our best ever to our worst ever (through no fault of Coral - she was even doing welfare checks to try to help get him back on track and keeping me in the loop at all times). Coral had always been an outstanding property manager, but the test of amazing service is when something goes wrong and I can't rate Coral (and everyone at Summit) highly enough. Coral and her team held my hand through the entire stressful process and did everything that they could to make it as quick and painless as possible....and then Bekkie found me a lovely new tenant. If you are lucky enough to have Coral as your Property Manager, you'll never go anywhere else (even my Insurance Claims Consultant commented that Coral is a keeper!). Thank you for everything Coral!

Coral Leipold from Summit Realty has managed my two little houses for about six years now, and she has always treated me like I am her most important owner. She is friendly and professional, but very approachable - she knows how to work with tenants, even under challenging circumstances, to get the best outcomes all round. I wouldn't trust my properties to anyone else.
