I first met James in February, when I attended an OFI in Waverley. At that time I was in the process of interviewing several local agents in readiness for putting my home of 36 years ( which I’d purchased directly from the owner, ie no real estate agent involvement!) on the market. Of the 4 agents interviewed, James struck me as the most knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest. Interestingly, he was the one who gave us the lowest price range, but my gut feeling was to go with someone who I felt would under-promise and then over-.deliver. This is exactly what he did! I would like to acknowledge and thank not only James, but his team members Shane, Alexandra and Sarah who advised me, gave helpful suggestions and guided me in all the aspects involved in preparing my home for sale. This included painting the interior, styling and minor repairs, and their recommended painter, stylist and handyman exceeded all my expectations and were wonderful to work with also. Thank you all for responding to phone calls and queries so promptly, something I really appreciated. Even though I have only just exchanged contracts and have yet to settle, at this point I would not hesitate to recommend James Ball and his team to any sellers hoping for a trouble-free and successful outcome, as my expectations were exceeded at every level.
