Though we both work together at Sydney Sotheby's International Realty in the Double Bay office this was actually the first time I had dealt with Daphne. It was a pleasure! Daphne was extremely clear that she was working for the vendor and of course I totally understood that her role was to achieve the highest price for the owner.
