When we embarked on this journey, I didn't realise how time consuming it would be but nevertheless, it was an enjoyable time in many ways due to the routine we established with the openings. Your attention to detail such as the stylist, the front door mats, the updates and continual phone calls were impressive to say the least. Your positive attitude never seemed to wane, how I don't know but you do it well. I know from past experience, it can be challenging to be upbeat continuously but I also know it has to happen and you did it so well. Between yourself, Gordon and Naomi it was an enjoyable experience for us. The meetings we would have on the Thursday and the positive greetings were always something to look forward to. Naomi was a pleasure to deal with especially when I consider how she organised the stylist and storage, who might I add, were marvellous to deal with and very obliging. Harriet France already has an exceptional reputation in her industry but I believe she is second to none. Selling a family home is an emotional and very stressful experience in a fluctuating market place but Harriet gave constant support, sensible suggestions and has an eagle eye for what improves appeal and what needs some work with all the sensitivity required by a nervous client. Harriet also really listens to both her clients and the prospective buyers and is meticulous with feedback. Even though there were a lot of unknowns right up to auction day it was a very pleasant experience working with Harriet and I am very grateful to her.

I choose Daphne Sauvage out of many agents because she was clear and honest in what she could offer me as a client. She did not annoy me with phone calls before signing, as did many agents who kept calling despite the fact that I told them not to. She allowed me the time and space to work - out what i wanted to do, without pressure. She was forthright before, during and after the sale. Daphne and her fabulous team sold my apartment at auction for the price stated from the beginning. She offered a first class service with warmth, humour and expertize. She made the whole process simple and took away the anxiety regarding selling. She worked very hard to achieve the result.
