Tate & his team recently sold two of our properties. We felt that they went above & beyond to achieve the best outcome for us and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Tate’s rental team was also the managing rental agent for one of the properties and managed to secure a long-term lease with a government agency as our tenant, producing fantastic rental yield. I could not recommend Tate & his team more highly and will certainly be using them for all future real estate needs!

Tate and his team were fantastic at getting the preparation and sale of our house completed in a very short time frame. Previously the house was on the market with another agent and didn't sell but Tate took the time to listen and work with us to get the best outcome we could have hoped for. We felt forgotten about throughout majority of the process, was always needing to follow up for further information or documents needed. Took multiple attempts to contact before getting a response from anyone apart of the team. Upon settlement coming around the property was left dirty, we had sent an email expressing our disappointment to which no response was given until 2 hours before settlement. No gift or congratulations given either. I would never want to purchase or deal with this agency in future and wouldn't recommend to anyone
