All our dealings have been very professional and the agency has excellent communications. Emails response is very quick and on all occasions when we have called the phone has been answered. Should someone not be available at the time either some else will handle the enquiry or the POC will be in touch in a quick turn around. Advice provided has been of value and quite frankly they know their business. Their rental appraisal was on the mark with the market expectation. We are happy to say they achieved more in rent than we expected. They have show care for our property and have our trust in their management.
