In my experience Sam seems to be a rarity in the real estate agent space. He is genuine, professional, competitive in his approach, and was communicative throughout the whole sales process. Taylor Hedley have put together a team of dedicated staff to support the agents and this made the sale seamless. I was impressed with how they hit some very tight timeframes put forward for marketing, open house, offers, securing buyer. Sam had a strategic approach in preparing the house for the sale and targeting a specific purchaser suited to the property. The marketing worked well. Sam managed everything to prepare the property for sale (cleaner, handyman, stylist, conveyancer). I think his genuineness and professionalism etc. is plain to see for anyone (and importantly for me, including purchasers - which was reflected in the number of parties interested in the property).
