Sam made the process of selling this property extremely easy. I had already moved out so Sam took the keys and arranged everything without me needing to be there. The group chat they create is perfect as it allows a centralised place for all communication. This was especially helpful for me as I work full time so don’t have time to be calling or chasing anyone for information. Sam went above and beyond to make sure we found a buyer extremely quickly. Sam, Beau and the rest of the team are all excellent at their jobs and it comes at no surprise why they get the results they do. Both selling and buying were smooth and pain free processes. Communication from the team was great as well. No matter what questions we had, they were always approachable, prompt and most importantly helpful. But what I feel sets Sam and the team at Taylor Hedley apart is their honestly, professionalism and they are all genuinely nice people. We always felt like they cared about us and we weren't just another client to them. Sam and the team (and there is a team) we’re fantastic throughout the entire process. We sold our property (well Sam did) at 25-30% higher than what we thought going into the process. In my experience Sam seems to be a rarity in the real estate agent space. He is genuine, professional, competitive in his approach, and was communicative throughout the whole sales process. Taylor Hedley have put together a team of dedicated staff to support the agents and this made the sale seamless. I was impressed with how they hit some very tight timeframes put forward for marketing, open house, offers, securing buyer. Sam had a strategic approach in preparing the house for the sale and targeting a specific purchaser suited to the property. The marketing worked well. Sam managed everything to prepare the property for sale (cleaner, handyman, stylist, conveyancer). I think his genuineness and professionalism etc. is plain to see for anyone (and importantly for me, including purchasers - which was reflected in the number of parties interested in the property). Upon meeting him this was ultimately what set him apart for me to select him as the preferred agent to work with.
