Sam has been great to deal with from the very beginning. He looked after us so well throughout the sale process and made sure to always stay in touch with progress updates. We were very happy with Sam and the whole experience.

We were early into 12 hour days renovating the house. In comes Sam and Beau a breath of fresh air and sunshine Introduce themselves, their years of experience then taking the plunge to go out on their own Regularly coming to see us, encouragement, suggestions, regular happy banter between the ‘boys’, They lightened the load of a hard day every visit. They helped solve problems along the 9 week journey Open days and showing clients through the house took a great load off us. The negotiations for us, for staging our home…with the prospective buyer and Conveyancers, we’re complex but Sam and Beau explained each step Well done team the best Realty team we could have hoped for All the best for the future

Sam was absolutely fantastic to deal with. From the first point of contact Sam was always available to help and to ease any anxieties that come with selling a house. Sam is the expert in real estate in Cameron Park and we ended up getting above what we expected. I was very happy with the service from Taylor Hedly and would pick them again any day! Very happy!

Sam is not just your normal real estate agent! He’s genuine, friendly & his knowledge of our area & the selling process is second to none. The whole experience was easy & enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble. The photo session was great fun, his attention to detail & the time taken to make our home look beautiful was amazing. I can’t recommend Sam highly enough, we sold quickly & for a great price. We’re actually sad it’s all over!

Our experience from the very beginning was of professionalism. Sam knows the market well and has a fantastic reputation in the Cameron Park area. Word of mouth preceded Sam and we did not hesitate knowing we were in the best hands. Communication was a priority to Sam always keeping us informed. A fantastic experience all the way through.
