Very happy with our sale
Gavin did a wonderful job in the recent sale of my unit. It was a property that was very hard to sell and he was very confident and positive that he could get us a good price and sell it in a good timeframe. He didn’t disappoint us! Gavin is very professional and personable, he has a good manner and after meeting with him I instantly felt positive that he would be able to sell my unit. Gavin has a good knowledge of realestate and has some great sales techniques. He has wonderful communication and would always keep me updated after inspections, and was easy to contact and willing to answer any questions I had. Gavin was very helpful during the contract phase and right through to settlement and he was able to negotiate a good sale price that I was happy with. I have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone wanting an honest and approachable salesperson to sell their home.

Easy to deal with, sold property quickly
Gavin is easy to deal with, didnt over promise and got us 3 offers in the first week without the hassel of an open inspection, I will use Gavin again in the future
