We are very pleased that we chose Jakub Ratajczac to sell our mother's home. Jakub conducted a very useful initial interview without any high pressure. He gave us plenty of hints about preparing the property for sale. Fees and commission were quite competetive and acceptable. We were very impressed with Jakub's demonstrated local knowledge. He had plenty of experience in local area selling. Jakub determined a sale price range for us which we were quite happy with. The sale process was excellent. A contract was signed just 5 days after the first open at a price towards the upper end of the Jakub's estimated range. He kept us and our conveyancer well informed all along until settlement. We would highly recommend Jakub as an agent for selling a property in his local area, and in fact, any area! Again, it was a pleasure to have had Jakub as our agent.

Jakob clearly had a better idea of the market in the area my house was selling than the previous agent. Before the house had its first open inspection, it was under offer. As back up the open went ahead and 2 other offers came in, knowing that it would only be available if the first offer fell through. Due to Covid19 the settlement took 6 weeks, but this was because the banks were slow. During this 6 week period, Jakob remained in touch with me several times each week to let me know “where things were at”. He laughs, smiles, makes jokes and communicates comfortably with clients...well he did with us. I would recommend him to anyone. Just an aside...after the previous agent having this house on the market for over a year with only 1 low offer (that fell through in cool off time) Jakob took it on, had an offer before the first open, and got $30,000.00 over the previous offer and $5,000.00 above asking price. Don’t underestimate the gentle nature of this young man, he knows his ‘stuff’ and presents wisely and calmly not aggressively. Thank you Jakob. Couldn’t have done this without you.

Jakub was the ultimate professional from start to finish. We were told early that we would struggle to get anywhere near $400 K for our Rossdale Home in Kentia Drive Para Hills West. The advice that Jakub gave my wife and I was critical to selling the property and ultimately getting the highest price. The little things to do as well as the refreshing of the house prior to sale ensured that we got the highest price possible. He was constantly ringing us up with the status of the sale process.
