Jakub is very efficient, clear, professional and polite. He helped me prepare for sale quickly and efficiently when times were a bit worrying with COVID. His knowledge about the real estate market is outstanding and found a purchaser prior to the first open which was most unexpected. I was kept up to date with the the entire sale process from start to settlement. His professionalism, dedication and going above and beyond ethic is exemplary! Thanks Jakub you made selling through a very difficult time for me a lot easier to deal with after me being so attached to the family home after renting it out for dads care. I’ll definitely use Taylor’s Real Estate again and Jakub for selling any future properties.

Through the stress of buying and selling our homes, Jakub was supportive, understanding and responsive. Most importantly for us, Jakub was able to explain things in a way we could understand as we were new to this process. It was really important for us that we could trust in our agent and also felt like we were listened too when important decisions were being considered. Jakub advised us but never made us feel rushed or pressured. Integrity and honesty is important in any interaction and Jakub displayed and acted with these characteristics (even when things were getting at the tight end!!). We could not thank him enough for guiding us through this experience and showed maturity way above his years.
