Excellent, professional and did a fantastic job!
I’d like to thank Gavin Armstrong for his patience, resilience and professionalism when dealing with my property. I had it on the market once but to no avail although Gavin did push it through. After receiving an offer, I decided not accept, took it off the market and rented it out. 9 months later I put it back on the market and he effectively and efficiently made agreements with the tenant to have inspections and a few months later I sold and got a good price! I know, for a fact, that Gavin did his absolute best and pushed to get the best price! I know I wasn’t always the easiest person to work with but I’d like to Gavin, Paul and the team at Taylor’s First National for their progress, patience and time they spent working with me. Thank you all again very very much.

Professionalism
We highly recommend Gavin to anyone wishing to find a professional real estate agent. His communication and professionalism were excellent. We gained the selling price Gavin had estimated which shows good local market and state knowledge. Dad's house did take longer to sell due to various factors beyond his control eg elections, probate, however, during this time we valued Gavin's patience and keeping us updated. Professional and Knowledgeable

I found Gavin to be very professional from start to finish when marketing my home.
When considering the selling of my home I asked agents from 3 different real estate companies to come and give me an appraisal as to what price I could expect to get for my home. I found Gavin's , knowledge about the real estate market and what other properties in the area had sold for was professional and realistic. I was very happy with his appraisal of my property. As soon as he walked in through the door I felt both confident and comfortable with Gavin, he was the agent I needed to sell my house. He was easy to talk to about any issues or concerns that I may have had during the selling period, always easy to contact if needed. He also kept me updated and informed every step of the way. Gavin is a likable person, easy to get along with. He knows his profession inside out, I highly recommend Gavin to sell any property and would not hesitate to ask him to manage another sale for me should I need someone to do that in the future.
