The Kind of Agent You Keep Coming Back To
We have worked with Mel Butcher more than once, and there’s a reason we will always keep coming back to her. She is proactive, trustworthy, highly responsive and consistently goes far beyond what would normally be expected from an agent. She is humble and approachable, while having an exceptional understanding of both people and property. What stands out most is that she genuinely cares about achieving the right outcome for her clients and buyers alike. She handles everything with professionalism, discretion and integrity, often going well beyond her obligations. Mel communicates clearly, follows things through properly and makes complex or stressful situations feel far more manageable. Lukas has gone over and above since our first meeting
Lukas has gone over and above in his communication and following up since we met to discuss selling my property last year. His diligence to task has been amazing and very timely. He is extremely knowledgeable as to the current market and offered a wealth of supported information to the process of selling. Lukas’s personality demonstrated a caring and considerate approach to selling my property and took the time to understand my situation and needs. Great communicator
Nick was excellent. We purchased the property sight unseen. Nick took us on a virtual tour using Facetime and we felt comfortable that the property was in good order and what we wanted prior to going to contract. He sourced all the information that we needed in a timely fashion. To date we still have not seen the inside of our unit or met with Nick, however, will do so in the coming days and thank Nick personally then.
