Honesty
I am very happy with the way Tony handled the sale of our property given that it was a very difficult situation. We put up 2 waterfront units for sale, one which will be heavily impacted by a neighbor's DA, who also displayed shameless and inconsiderate behaviour towards our sale. The other unit is vastly different and less impressive, however both were offered at the same price. Due to the complexity of the situation describe above, we are very happy with the way Tony managed the situation, he communicated the challenges honestly and took time to discuss alternative plans with us. The property was sold and we are very happy with the price. We would definitely use Tony again and highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell.

I can't thank Cathy Morgan enough for how she looked after my mother and the dynamics of of the sale of my grandmothers house. Her integrity at all times was second to none. From the moment we asked her to look after the property she always had us as her priority. As my brothers were also involved she always ensured we were communicated to every step of the way. In other words, honouring ones word which was doing what she said she would do and on time. We trusted her experience and the outcome was way above our expectations. Genuinely Committed
Cathy Morgan is a pleasure to work with. She is genuinely committed to a great result. Dealing with Cathy takes a lot of the stress out of a very challenging process.
