Tony Laing acted for us in the purchase of 10 Mears Avenue and the sale of 43 Evans Street. This was a six month process in identifying and buying Mears and in marketing and selling Evans. Tony was just terrific - always available even on holidays, confident and correct intelligence and advice, excellent referrals to clients, cleaners/removalists and others, and balanced and successful negotiation and delivery of results. Tony Laing marketed two properties for us during 2014. Overseas vendors often feel disadvantaged by distance from the action, but at no time during these sales did we have that difficulty. We were very satisfied with the quality of the preparation of the properties for sale, the management of marketing, advertising, quality of photography, and budgets for the entire process. The handover from their Rental Division to complete marketing was faultless, as was cooperation with the Vendor and with the Strata management. Communication by support staff with the Vendor was also timely and efficient. We were delighted with the results of the Auctions, and would strongly recommend the assistance of Mr Laing to anyone who is planning to sell property in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
