Genuinely Committed
Cathy Morgan is a pleasure to work with. She is genuinely committed to a great result. Dealing with Cathy takes a lot of the stress out of a very challenging process. Her communication excellent, as is her attention to detail. From the first meeting Cathy provided excellent ideas and contacts to help get the house in order. She handled inspections with professionalism and always provided considerate notice if unscheduled inspections were required (she even offered to tidy up!) ) I would highly recommend Cathy and would not hesitate to use her in the future.

Tony Laing - Outstanding, professional, meticulous, successful
Tony Laing acted for us in the purchase of 10 Mears Avenue and the sale of 43 Evans Street. This was a six month process in identifying and buying Mears and in marketing and selling Evans. Tony was just terrific - always available even on holidays, confident and correct intelligence and advice, excellent referrals to clients, cleaners/removalists and others, and balanced and successful negotiation and delivery of results. We are very happy indeed with the whole process, and we credit Tony Laing for making it as efficient and conclusive as it was. The transactions were not all simple, I was travelling a lot, but Tony's professionalism, support and incisive actions assisted enormously. We are mightily impressed and recommend Tony unreservedly.

Mr. Tony Laing is recommended for the high quality of his integrity and for his marketing skills.
Tony Laing marketed two properties for us during 2014. Overseas vendors often feel disadvantaged by distance from the action, but at no time during these sales did we have that difficulty. We were very satisfied with the quality of the preparation of the properties for sale, the management of marketing, advertising, quality of photography, and budgets for the entire process. The handover from their Rental Division to complete marketing was faultless, as was cooperation with the Vendor and with the Strata management. Communication by support staff with the Vendor was also timely and efficient. We were delighted with the results of the Auctions, and would strongly recommend the assistance of Mr Laing to anyone who is planning to sell property in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Complete satisfaction
Being an Executor of my late aunt's Estate, and living in Qld, Tony took charge and arranged everything from stripping the unit, refurbishment and advertising which was a great relief for me. The price he obtained was well in excess of reserve and I have no problem recommending this Agent to anyone wanting the best outcome.
