An easy and positive experience.
Rhys sold my family home after my Mother passed away and was very knowledgeable. His wisdom, advice and insights with regards to selling in the current market proved to be correct and enabled us to get a great result with the quick sale of the property. Rhys has the market knowledge, communication and professionalism for a seamless sale.
Rhys communicated with the tenant so they could show the place; this takes talent. He kept me in the loop. The market appraisal band was what the sale price ended up being within. The terms of the sale were agreed upon for mutual benefit. The process was relatively smooth.
