I found the engagement exceptional. It was a whirlwind 24 hours from the point where we came aware of the property being on the market until signing the contract. We have not bought for over 15 years and despite the condensed timeframe at the time of signing the contract I was relatively comfortable. I credit that to Jessica's professionalism over the course of the period addressing any needs or concerns I had in a timely manner. I also appreciated assistance with transport having come from a distance. Communication was frequent and timely which helped to keep things movings and reduce the angst associated with waiting while the process progressed.
