What an amazing experience!
The team at The Agency have been an absolute delight to deal with right from day one. Courtney and Sophie, both have consistently gone above and beyond, from the start of our rental application, through to signing the lease, moving in, and getting settled in our new rental. They’ve consistently responded to my many inquiries with outstanding speed, knowledge and the utmost care. They’ve given us helpful hints and tips for moving and getting settled, including information on the area, where to locate shops, and things to do with the kids near by. They planned ahead for our arrival and initiated the process of having screens installed to the property out of genuine thoughtfulness, and the repair request I raised was responded to and scheduled with the repairer within a day. Courtney, Sophie and the team at The Agency have all been outstanding. I’m excited for the rest of our tenancy with them.

Excellent communicator, professional and very responsive.
As first-time property investors, we were very pleased with our dealings with The Agency – Hunter Valley. We were referred to Courtney as a Property Manager by a family member who spoke very highly of her. From our initial phone conversation, we were confident we had made the right decision to appoint her. Courtney was responsive, professional and knowledgeable about the Hunter residential market. We were then introduced to Sophie, who managed the leasing of the property and displayed the same high standard of service. Both Courtney and Sophie worked tirelessly on our behalf to secure a tenant and manage the property. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend The Agency – Hunter Valley to existing and potential landlords.

Excellent communication and service. Couldn’t fault them
Courtney and her team had been amazing at looking after our property. They have kept us in the loop for everything that’s necessary and helped us with managing our first investment. They looked after our property just like their own and ensure that the tenants are keeping the property looked after. They also helped us find new and great tenants when our first left and we have never had the property vacant for more than a few days. We’ve been very impressed and grateful for all their help.
