The offer and acceptance process was quick and smooth, which was most appreciated as this is always a stressful time. Since acceptance of my offer the process has continued in an informative and helpful manner at all times - including an unexpected but greatly appreciated photo of the 'sold' sign at the end of my cooling off period.
