A very professionally run experience, Charlie and the team were always ready to help
Charlie surprised us (pleasantly) from the start. She knew the market, and gave us total confidence that we were going to have a good outcome. Not relying totally on the strong market, the team’s presentation of our home was faultless, no detail overlooked. The huge ‘open house” was run professionally with strong interest encouraged. Her communication with us at all stages never left us wondering. She worked with potential buyers till 11pm, then closed the sale in 24 hours. Charlie seemed to us at times to be too young to be giving such sound advice , re making ongoing plans. Tori was a pleasure to work with as well, and everything in the office was handled perfectly by Mikhaela. We have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and her team.

Outstanding Real Estate
Charlie & Tori were absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to help us with our search to buy a house. We were looking to relocate from Sydney & they did everything for us to help us find our perfect house. Other agents in the area wouldnt even let us look at houses or were very rude & unhelpful, but with Charlie & Tori any questions no matter how big or small was too much trouble for them. Definitely the best experience we have ever had from a real estate agent. If your looking for a friendly, helpful agency that actually cares about you then this is the agency for you, we have no doubt you will be happy if you do. Cannot recommend anyone better these ladies are the best. Will definitely use these lovely ladies again if we ever need a real estate agency in the future. Excellent result through a professional agent
Charlie proved to be a professional but personable agent. She knows our market and is a firm negotiator. Always available to my wife and me and continually kept us up to date. Charlie has surrounded herself with an amazing staff. The sign of good management by Charlie. Tori and Mikhaela are both very capable and “on the ball”. The photographers and stylist that Charlie uses were great to work with. I would have no problem recommending Charlie and her team, they were great!
