We are extremely happy with the result that Greg achieved for us with the sale of our unit. He had excellent knowledge of the market, but more importantly he managed concerns about the unit during the marketing and sale period very well. In the end, it was his negotiation skills that got us the price we wanted. We feel completely satisfied with the result and Greg's efforts without which we would not have been able to achieve such a price on our unit.
