I was very happy with my dealings with David Diamantopoulos from LJ Hooker Dulwich hill. Considering his role was to get the best price for his vendor I never felt like he was an 'opponent' in the negotiation, he genuinely wanted a good result for both parties. We made an offer prior to auction, and after discussing it on the phone and submitting it in writing we received an email confirmation that it has been passed onto the vendor and that they were considering. When our pre-auction offer was accepted by the vendors, he was understanding and patient while we finalised our finances, and never put any extra pressure on us. I feel confident that if there were other offers, or if our initial offer was not what the vendors were expecting, he would have let us know. To add to that, his agency is active on the Marrickville community forum, not just to advertising, but to engage on community issues and topics. In that sense I get a real feeling that David, and LJ Hooker MDH are really a part of the community they service.
