Our experience with Ana was exceptional from the start. We had seen her for sale signs around the suburb before and thought to contact her when we decided to sell. She made the process easy right from the start and exceeded our expectations in every way. She was efficient and always kept to her word. Her evaluation of our house was thorough and had done previous research before coming to show us where we would sit in the market. She also provided productive advice on how we should stage the home which we followed. There was no pressure for us to put the house on the market as we were still looking for a property to buy at the time. She assisted us with contacting other agents as we were serious in buying in a specific area. Ana said we would have a grand opening for our house and it was just that with many people coming and alot of interest! She secured us a record breaking offer at the first opening. She was there with us from start to finish and we couldn't thank her more for the positive experience. If anyone is considering selling in Dayton or surrounds I would highly recommend Ana. If we decide to sell in the future I know who we will be contacting!
