Whilst Wayne was cordial and pleasant throughout the selling process, I found his communication was lacking. We had to contact him on a number of occasions after home opens to obtain feedback and I consider this not acceptable. I was disappointed when the property settled there was no communication from the agent at all. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and I would be reluctant to use his services in the future.
