Michelle was extremely helpful with our recent purchase of a house in Broadwater. As I was on the other side of the country when we were looking at purchasing Michelle took extra videos of the house and clearly pointed out areas that were worn, tired or in need of repair. She was extremely transparent with what needed attention. During the cotract phase she was attentive to our requests and kept things moving. Knowing that we were away for final settlement she ensured that the lawns were kept mowed and cleared some unexpected mail. Craig was ready to go above and beyond to help me get into the market, which as a single mama, meant such a lot to me and my little girl and sat in our new home now I can’t thank him enough!
