Recently we entrusted Zvon from The Agency to sell our home. He was so easy to work with, it made the process pleasant and effortless with minimal stress. His knowledge and understanding of the market is second to none with his candid advice a key part of his recipe for success. All steps in the process were meticulously planned in consultation with us, we really felt like a team. We had a quick sale, great outcome and overall an excellent experience. He is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home.

From our first introduction with Zvon it was evident he would be the agent for us. Our situation was stressful and we were operating in a tight timeframe-Zvon made it seamless. Zvon is highly skilled in his craft and operates with honesty and integrity. He provides solid advice without any pressure or expectation. The ‘team’ (agents, staging, painting and settlement) he has gathered around him are amazing and extremely helpful and efficient. We will definitely be using Zvon again and cant recommend him and his team strongly enough - in a nutshell he won’t steer you wrong and you will be very pleased with the outcome.

We recently used Rachel as our agent to sell our house. We honestly could not fault her at all. Her communication throughout the whole process was amazing. We felt like she genuinely cared about the outcome for our family and got us a result far better than we had anticipated. I would not hesitate to use Rachel again and recommend her, especially in comparison to our experience with other agents. Thank you Rachel!

Zed was fantastic throughout the whole sales process. He made the sales process very easy, constantly communicated with me and the buyer what needed to be undertaken before sale and settlement and did a wonderful job of selling the benefits/good points of the property. In the end I received a great sales price and thanks to Zed the process was straightforward. Would recommend Zed to anyone looking to sell in the Northern Suburbs.
