We have been looking to sell our investment property for a few years, all the while taking in advice and knowledge from Zvon. Zvon was never pushy or keen to get the sale done, he wanted what was best for us. It was only until we were ready that we reached out to Zvon who was ready to go with great enthusiasm. His processes, and partnership with Rose, meant the sale was smooth from our side. We knew exactly what we needed to do, with the two of them doing the big tasks behind the scenes. It felt like we were not doing much at all, as we laid the trust onto Zvon and Rose to do what we needed. Zvon was not pushing us to accept any offer until the offer was right, he encouraged us to wait, which rewarded us with the best price. After offer was received, Zvon’s regular contact with us, and communications with the buyer meant that any issues were handled without coming back to us. This is where Zvon’s great value is, the little things that meant we had less worries prior to settlement. He even went to the tip for us!
