I engaged Anil to sell my unit in Rivervale, which I actually purchased from him 13 years prior and remembering I found Anil great to deal with. I found Anil to be fantastic to work with, he listened to my suggestions, and he presented his strategy which was different to the 3 other agents I was considering. The result was fantastic, and the whole process was very easy. His suggestions for staging, carpet and settlement agent were also great. Trying to sell a property remotely is always a challenge. Having Tom from the Agency as our agent was a blessing as Tom not only provided sage advice, coordinated the styling, photography and marketing.
