Jarrod sold my unit within 48-hours of listing and prior to the first home open. Jarrod used potential buyers who had missed out on other units he had sold, to sell this unit once my Tenant vacated. He planned a marketing strategy and uploaded to www with intention to have home open. The unit was sold abve expected sale price with the home open cancelled.
