After having chats with about 4 different real estate agencies I was struggling to find someone I felt comfortable with and someone that would keep me in the loop with feedback good or bad. Plus naturally I wanted to achieve the best possible price for my house. My scenario was not just financial but time was a major factor as I had to sell my house to secure the house I had bought. Adam had a unique knowledge of the area and was able to very quickly get mum's house on the market. Adam also has an in-house database of potential buyers that enabled him to find a buyer within the first week of our dealings with his agency, which was a very pleasant surprise.
