Anil has been an absolute pleasure to deal with in the sale of our property. He has been incredibly professional and no request was too big or too small. We took his advice on the marketing strategy and he absolutely nailed it, getting us an excellent result. Wayne was very easy to deal with when purchasing our investment property. Wayne was always quick to respond to any emails that I sent, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. We will definitely contact Wayne again for future purchases.

We lived in Padbury for around 30 years and selecting Jarrod as our agent was a no brainer. We have seen his 'For Sale' signs around in Padbury for many years which gave us comfort that his market knowledge and experience would give us the best possible outcome for the sale of our property. Jarrod didn't disappoint, his knowledge of Padbury was second to none and his communication and professionalism was excellent as you would expect from a seasoned professional. Jarrod was also supported by Elli at home open - Elli was also fantastic with various pieces of advice and even some help right before home open, no questions she just rolled up her sleeves and got into it (thanks Elli, you went above and beyond and that was much appreciated ). The sale process ran very smoothly from start to finish and we could not have been happier with the outcome. In summary, Jarrod is a true professional and we would not hesitate to use Jarrod's services again and would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone else. Regards Gavin & Andrea.

Fab was the best agent. Nothing was too much trouble. He kept me in the loop all the time. I could phone him day or night with any questions I had. Definitely recommend Fab.

Our house was sold quickly, we received more than we expected and we were kept in the loop at all times. We felt our sale was important to Jarrod and he gave us great advice on presentation and what would be happening throughout the sale. We expected it to be a stressful time selling the house but surprisingly, it just wasn't. He takes a personal interest in you which gives you confidence that he is representing you at his best ability.

I would recommend Anil. The advertising fee seemed a little excessive and possibly unnecessary for the sale of my property but Anil gained plenty of interest quickly with a good price gained. A set commission which was fair. Recommended !

Thanks for making the sale easy Fab. We were never going to sell unless we got the price we had in mind and you delivered on that (patiently!). Cheers

Highly recommend Rash! It was a pleasure working with Rash when selling our property in Banksia Grove. The whole process was stress free and we were kept informed throughout the sale process. Rash was very efficient in the beginning of the process and by the end of the week we already had an interested buyer, negotiations were made and accepted very quickly and smoothly. Thank you so much! we will definitely use your service again when the time comes for us to buy a property :)
