Jarrod sold my unit for above expections within 4-days of listing and after the first home open. The unit was uploaded to www on a Thursday / home open on a Saturday and sold on Monday. Jarrod used a concentrated home open timeframe of 45 minutes to create an atmosphere of urgency which saw multiple offers generated on the Monday. He was very effecient to arrange marketing in the week after my Tenant's vacated and kept me fully informed throughout the process.
