We have been in contact with many agents over the past year, but Gus is a standout. For sure, he is very knowledgeable about his area, and the process of buying and selling, but it was actually his friendly, approachable, and gentle manner that made him different from the rest. Through the process of buying, Gus always listened carefully, without judgement, and was characterised by an ethical integrity and professionalism that was noticeable from the outset. He did an amazing job of helping us, and the sellers, navigate through some unexpected challenges, and never once did we feel that asking for assistance with this was in any way an imposition. Gus stayed with the process whole heartedly, long after he had "closed the deal", and was exceptional in being prompt, accurate, and available when it came to open and honest communication. Gus far exceeded all of our expectations of a real estate agent, and we are beyond happy with our new house and the ease of the process (start to finish in 4 weeks!) We have no hesitation in recommending Gus to anyone wanting a pain-free experience of buying or selling.

Vanessa made our buying experience a pleasure. My partner and I are first home buyers, and we really couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent.
