Anil has handled the sale of two properties for us. The first was an apartment in Rivervale and the second a house in Kewdale. It is Anil's professionalism, market knowledge and negotiating skills that sets him apart. Anil expertly guided us through all aspects of selling these properties. His advice regarding presentation and price was accurate, making the whole process very easy. Anil kept us informed at all stages with up-dates as events evolved, and was always available. Anil is able to instill trust with his thoroughness, respect and genuine desire to obtain the best outcome for both parties. The sale of the second property was not straightforward and made more difficult by distance; we were able to rely on Anil to sort out all problems that arose. We are pleased to have the opportunity to share our experiences and add that in the near future will again be a vendor and also a purchaser, and it is without hesitation Anil will be our 'go to' person.

Gus was very knowledgeable and detail when explaining about the marketing process. He was also very optimistic with the proposed marketing price. He was not pushy to get me to sign the contract quickly. He waited patiently until I was ready to sign and started to market the property promptly. The marketing preparation was done in less than a week. He sent me a detail report of every open house. He would do unplanned open house whenever there was a request for private viewing. Overall it was a very interesting experience working with Gus and I will use his service again when I need to sell my house in the future. 5 stars for Gus.

Zed AHMADI from The Agency is knowledgeable, professional and always willing to assist with any questions that I had in regards to the sale of my unit in Banksia Grove. He also had contacts that assisted with painting, electrical and other issues with the unit I was selling and all were reasonably priced for the work they did. Zed had the unit on the market for only a couple of days and secured an excellent offer, well over what I was expecting to get. Can't thank Zed enough for making the sale so easy.
