We found Risto knew what he was talking about and was very professional to deal with. On our final inspection he took the time to walk through and test everything was in working order and took pictures of the items that needed to be fixed by the seller. He was also able to setup a time for us to take some measurements and photos prior to the final inspection so we could purchase furniture in advance. Very good experience.

Personally, I wouldn't use Janey again. She did a great job selling the house. But her communication was one sided with my ex husband and as far as the settlement agency were aware, they knew nothing about me, my details ect. It took a tantrum to be heard.
