Lisa Barham was my sales agent and from our very first email and meet and greet i knew i had made the right choice! Her warm and friendly personality put me at ease. She knows the suburb of Hillarys very well and as a pensioner with a husband with advanced dementia that was important. I did have my son to help me have the house emptied and cleaned up ready for sale and also kept in touch with Lisa when I contracted covid. My son also mentioned that Lisa was the right person for me to sell my house as she was professional, friendly and kept in touch with any matters leading up to settlement.
Lisa gave me the confidence to put my property in her hands when she was able to evaluate my house value and offered virtual staging as the house was empty. This eventually made a big difference as Lisa sold our house in a matter of 2 weeks! When the building report came back with problems Lisa was able to contact the appropriate tradesmen for the repairs and it was carried out swiftly. Lisa also recommended a settlement agent as my past one had closed down and Renette was fantastic and the house settled on the nominated day and the process went smoothly.
