She co-operated and guided us in detail through out the property purchase process. Her attitude has been very positive, we demanded property viewing multiple times including late evening to have a night view from the property and we found her always ready to support our requests. She is found to be equally co-operating even after the offer been signed off as she was at the beginning. We demanded for extensions of two weeks in financial approval after offering and she positively convinced the seller to accept our genuine requests which helped us finish the overall settlement process without stress. We found her behaviour not as a salesperson but as a genuine person between us and seller to whom we could trust. We truly appreciate her.
