I could not ask for a better Agent to sell my house . Her professionalism was immaculate being both knowledgeable and easy to relate to. She assisted in organising the virtual furniture package which was amazing and helped sell our empty house. Rachel makes you feel at ease and has an amazing friendly personality. She was so supportive when the sale of our house fell through and organised extra home opens to get it resold ASAP . Going above and beyond helping to get rid of our swing before new settlement. She helped with issues we had with Building Inspection man . Overall even though the settlement was delayed Rachel’s support helped my husband and I through this stressful period ensuring it was as smooth as possible while emotionally supporting us as well. Personally, I wouldn't use Janey again. She did a great job selling the house. But her communication was one sided with my ex husband and as far as the settlement agency were aware, they knew nothing about me, my details ect. It took a tantrum to be heard.
