Personally, I wouldn't use Janey again. She did a great job selling the house. But her communication was one sided with my ex husband and as far as the settlement agency were aware, they knew nothing about me, my details ect. It took a tantrum to be heard.

In order to move to Mandurah, we had to sell our Joondanna property to fund the purchase. We tried to sell our property ourselves. We had three home opens and got a total of one lead.
