When I contacted Nicola to request an appraisal on my property I knew she was the Agent for me, so friendly and approachable. I already knew she had great knowledge of my suburb as she has lived and worked in the area for a long time but what I didn't know was how great her communication skills to me as her client were. Nicola kept me informed every step of the way, it was great. I never had to chase her up for anything, her service was impressive. I dealt with Lisa as a buyer of a property and she could not have done more to assist with my questions. Her communication was 100% with her responding to any requests or questions within 30 minutes of me asking. She was pleasant and not at all pushy - a real person and not at all like other real estate agents I have dealt with. I would honestly recommend Lisa to anyone trying to sell their place - I do not feel I could have asked for more from her.

Linda the queen of tricky clients and selling homes in interesting locations. It was time to sell my investment property, yet, sadly some of the dynamics were of difficult nature as the property was tenanted in rental crisis market. Linda with her calming nature was able to assist the tenant and make the experience of home opens and all that goes into the sale of a property calm and stress-free. I heard about this wonder woman from a friend but thought my property might be out of her selling area. She told me her selling area was Western Australia. So I decided to give her a go. Lucky I did ! I listed it with her and was astonished to hear from her a week later to tell me she had some enquiries and then a couple of days later, a firm offer with the deposit paid.
