Beyond Expectations
To say that Nicola and her team exceeded my expectations is to sell them short. She was outstanding! She handled a sale and purchase for me, got the best deals possible and helped me every step of the way with the paperwork. Nicola is an entrepreneur and this sets her well ahead of all other agents in the area. She cares. She’s not a 9 to 5 employee who is only vaguely interested. She wants to win, for us and her team. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Outstanding!

Excellent service, Goes the extra mile for his clients
Gus is a professional and motivated agent. He goes the extra mile to meet all requests and making sure both buyer and seller are completely happy. He was always there to answer all my questions no matter what time or day I called. He made all parties including my broker and settlement agent feel calm even though we had a very short deadline. Excellent result, very happy!
From the get go we had every confidence in Rash that we would get a successful result for our sale and he delivered in spades. We were wary of selling our property tenanted as other agents we interviewed had warned us against this approach; but Rash took on the challenge, worked closely with our tenants and achieved the desired result for the tenants, purchasers and sellers - can't ask for more when everyone walks away happy. All whilst we were selling on a tight timeframe, living interstate and with the purchasers living a considerable distance from Perth too. All in all, very happy and would use his services again in a heartbeat. Thanks team Rash!
