Nicola is well known to the area, she was very friendly and easy to deal, dealt with everything in a professional manner. As a family with young kids, we wanted an easy sale. She gave us really good advice on the display of the home, appraisal was realistic, the sale was really quick, she worked really hard at showing the house from the moment it hit the market! Our house was sold very close to our expectation. We even received a present for our new home, it was totally unexpected and such a nice gesture!
