We have both bought and sold through Fab and recommended him highly. Our recent sale was of our family home which was an emotional and difficult task. Fab’s patience, gentle suggestions and genuine interest were invaluable. He went above and beyond in all aspects of the process and ensured we achieved the best result. Thank you Fab.

Michael has been a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the sale of our first property so it was an easy choice to work with Michael on the sale of our second. Cant fault his personality or workmanship. Thanks Jace & Mel

The biggest concern I had when my wife and I sat down to consider selling our property was that i didn't have enough time. In addition to working full time and having a young family, I couldn't imagine dealing with the agents, tenants, property managers, building inspectors, paperwork, Landgate, and the banks. From the moment I spoke with Rash and he appraised my property, he immediately made me feel at ease. No hard sell, no bullsh*t, just a man who knows the property market and wants the best outcome. And he delivered. He knew what we wanted, negotiated with the buyers and got us the price we were chasing - a lot quicker than I expected. Thanks Rash - our family is very grateful!

From our first meeting with Rash, we knew that his insight in the market and the area, as well as his extensive community engagement are exactly what we needed to have a succesful sale of our house. Rash did deliver on all aspects and not only sold the house after the first home open, but also delivered an exceptional result! Rash and his team (Neel and Mark) did a great job. We would always use his services again!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Anil both as an individual and as a real estate agent. As my buying agent Anil was professional and personal, I felt extremely comfortable asking any questions about the property as Anil was very approachable, he never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way & always got back to me. You couldn’t get a nicer genuine person to deal with. The whole experience of purchasing our (and the poochie's) new home and having Anil as the agent was a dream. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anil as your real estate agent and would not hesitate to work with him again all the best Anil :-)

Josh made selling my first property stress free and such nab easy process. His communication was a stand out and I always felt like I was kept in the loop as to what was going on from start to finish. He had excellent recommendations for a settlement agent too. If I was to sell another property I wouldn’t hesitate to call josh again! Thanks

Thank you Fab for making the purchase of our apartment for my daughter straightforward & easy. Trying to purchase a property whilst located 600kms away is a challenge in itself but your honest opinion and knowledge of the area reassured me during our search for the right property. Your timely responses and offer to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated. You made the experience of purchasing our unit a breeze, which isn’t often the case when purchasing property. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to any of my family & friends and would most certainly enlist your services again. Thank you so much Melanie & Charlie
