Leanne has a great personality and a can do attitude, she quoted us on our home and said that she was sure that she would achieve the best price for us which she did and which we were happy to accept. There were 4 offers on our house at the first and only home open and it just got better from there , Leanne negotiated a fair price with the buyers and we accepted happily. The communication was wonderful and we were kept informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Leanne to anyone wanting to sell their home with no fuss. Thank you so much for keeping us positive and caring for our feelings Leanne (our favourite estate agent) :)

We found Fab to be highly professional, knowledgeable and honest - he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had an investment townhouse to sell and Fab provided thoughtful and timely feedback to help us maximise our opportunity on the market and supported us along every step of the way - even diligently helping to resolve queries from both parties post sale. Highly recommend and would seek his services again.

Fab was the agent when we bought our house in Kensington & we did not hesitate to ask him when we made the decision to sell. I have no doubt that Fab is the leading real estate agent in the suburb & he is a pleasure to deal with. He has great attention to detail & knows exactly how to market your property, showcasing its best attributes. He is also supported by a great team of people, be it for staging, photography, inspections & of course conveyancing. A reliable, professional & friendly group that get the job done!
