There were multiple challenges we were dealing with while trying to find the ideal home for my elderly mum who'd been in the same house for over 40 years, so it was a very difficult and emotional time for us. Leanne promptly responded to our request to view the house prior to home open and when my mum saw the house she loved it straight away, but was overwhelmed by the buying and selling process. Leanne explained everything in detail and what to expect as well as the time frame of how it would all play out. That was our very first conversation. My mum never felt pressured, in fact, the opposite. Leanne told mum she understood it was a big decision and she should take her time, get feedback from other family members if it helps, and she'd be happy to answer any questions any of us would have. She was true to her word, in everything. There were absolutely no surprises. It all went ahead exactly as Leanne explained. How many times we asked the same questions over and over, I can't say. Leanne was always so patient and kind. I never thought I'd describe a real estate agent like that, but she wasn't what I had expected. Leanne was more like a friendly neighbour, who just happens to know a lot of stuff about buying and selling houses. And yet she was always up front, honest and professional. Leanne constantly kept us informed every step of the way. We were never in the dark. She walked us through what seemed like an overwhelming process. Mum says "She is a beautiful lady. I will never forget her." Words can't express how grateful we are to Leanne for her diligence, kindness and professionalism. Thank you sincerely, Leanne.
