We were wary of selling our property tenanted as other agents we interviewed had warned us against this approach; but Rash took on the challenge, worked closely with our tenants and achieved the desired result for the tenants, purchasers and sellers - can't ask for more when everyone walks away happy. All whilst we were selling on a tight timeframe, living interstate and with the purchasers living a considerable distance from Perth too. Nigel came out to see me and was extremely courteous and professional. He suggested that the rates for homes had considerably increased in the prior months and suggested a figure over $100k more for my home. I signed up and we agreed on a sales figure as my bottom line. With three home opens and four offers, Nigel achieved the price we had agreed on and settled the property smoothly and efficiently. At each stage he explained the process simply for me and supported me throughout the sale.
