We engaged Neel and Team Rash to sell our 3x2 in Balcatta in late Dec 2021. Neel is the consumate professional, without the hard sell. Our place required some minor fixes (paint, carpets etc.) prior to sale, which was made hassle free over the Xmas/NY break by Neels contacts for a reasonal price. Needless to say Neel made the whole process of selling the house hassle-free and had great communication throughout the process. We had offers soon after the house was advertised.
