Rash was professional and accommodating to deal with throughout the entire process. As we brought a tenanted property Rash was fundamental in arranging inspections and providing us with information. He was responsive and enabled the process to continue despite us living 600km away.

This was not out first time working with Amanda and the team. In fact it was our 3rd. Amanda is our “go to agent”, from the first and second home we brought to selling out block of land this time. Amanda has been amazing, listening to our wants and needs and finding us the perfect family home and rental investment property. He knowledge of the local areas and buyers makes her perfect regardless of buying or selling. She has great contacts and works around your schedule which was important to us as a working family. There was never any pressure, all our questions were answered and every time she delivered results. There was also no false advertising, overstretched photos and she was honest with us about what we wanted vs what was realistic. We will always use her with our property dealing and have recommended her to everyone who asks us about property. Thank you Amanda you have always made buying and selling fun, hassle free and overall a friendly experience for us.

Rash seemed to be very confident at what he was doing and gave me the assurance that my property would sell at the price which i wanted. He was very professional in performing his role and kept me updated on each and every little things regarding the property sale. He in fact got me an offer on my property within few days from the date when he did the open house and thereafter everything went as he had planned. I would definitely and highly recommend him and his company to anyone who i may know is selling their property.

Very quick sale on my house in a hot market. Janey managed to negotiate a very long settlement for me, which was a must. Very helpful, personable, knowledgeable and professional agent.
