There were multiple challenges we were dealing with while trying to find the ideal home for my elderly mum who'd been in the same house for over 40 years, so it was a very difficult and emotional time for us. Leanne promptly responded to our request to view the house prior to home open and when my mum saw the house she loved it straight away, but was overwhelmed by the buying and selling process. Leanne explained everything in detail and what to expect as well as the time frame of how it would all play out. That was our very first conversation. My mum never felt pressured, in fact, the opposite. Leanne told mum she understood it was a big decision and she should take her time, get feedback from other family members if it helps, and she'd be happy to answer any questions any of us would have. She was true to her word, in everything. There were absolutely no surprises. It all went ahead exactly as Leanne explained. How many times we asked the same questions over and over, I can't say. Leanne was always so patient and kind. I never thought I'd describe a real estate agent like that, but she wasn't what I had expected. Leanne was more like a friendly neighbour, who just happens to know a lot of stuff about buying and selling houses. And yet she was always up front, honest and professional. Leanne constantly kept us informed every step of the way. We were never in the dark. She walked us through what seemed like an overwhelming process. Mum says "She is a beautiful lady. I will never forget her." Words can't express how grateful we are to Leanne for her diligence, kindness and professionalism. Thank you sincerely, Leanne.

Anil assisted my wife and I in the purchase of a downsizing property, a townhouse, in Joondalup. From the very outset he and his associate Matt showed themselves to be the epitome of professionalism, providing an accurate understanding of the market, assisting us in the process of completing a purchase, and answering any and all questions we had. Both Anil and Matt were also very responsive to our requirements and questions, and were always at the end of a phone call in the event we wanted to inspect the townhouse outside of formal inspection times. Once we had made our offer, Anil and Matt ensured the process flowed smoothly and seamlessly. Great service from professionals, highly recommended.

Lisa is a fantastic person to deal with. She has a great personality, is friendly, highly knowledgeable and so easy to talk to and deal with. She sold our house for us within five days. Her appraisal was spot on and she achieved an excellent result for us. It was never a problem for her to answer any questions that we had and also to give valuable advice regarding the sale of our property or our search for a new home. We would certainly use her in the future and would highly recommend her. Julie and Tony.
